Cancellation Policy

Because we have only a limited number of buses and cars, it is very important that if you must cancel to do so as early as possible so we can free up vehicles for other groups. Our Cancellation policy is:

Prior to 2 weeks: full Refund

From 2 weeks until 48hrs before the tour: 25% charge

If cancelled between 48 hours and 24 hours of the tour: 50% charge

If cancelled less than 24 hours or not cancelled at all, the full price of the tour will be charged. On per hour tours we will charge based on 5 hours.
